SCR 24                                                                       
A message dated May 10, 1994, was read stating the Senate has passed           
the following and it is transmitted for consideration:                         
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 24                                           
Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the                   
Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No. 538, relating               
to billing and payment for health care services.                               
                                                                               
SCR 24 was taken up later as a Special Order of Business.
